We initiated the original performance research in luxury experience businesses back in the eighties - more commonly known as 'mystery shopping'. But, over time, the market has changed and people can no longer be judged with tick boxes and marks out of ten. We built Metis to listen to real emotions and memories on a vast scale, to offer businesses a more realistic understanding of what their people were feeling - and how to use this information for greater success.
