Diversely was created to enable successful, quantifiable diversity practices within businesses’ hiring approaches regardless of where they are located. Our tools are scientifically backed to automate the reduction of hiring bias for those looking to increase their workplace diversity. We provide an innovative, unique way for companies to visualise their current workforce diversity, set their D&I goals, track their progress and improve their approach. These technologies include tools such as: 1. D&I Dashboard: A customised D&I dashboard which measures, tracks and enables goals setting across gender, age, race/ ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation diversity metrics 2. Job Ad Writing Tool: The Bias Analyser highlights bias across the spectrum of diversity and creates a more appealing job ad, automatically improving inclusive language and structure. The Bias Analyser tool will identify, score and suggest replacements for non-inclusive language and structure in job ads in under 10 seconds. 3. Job Ad Poster: The auto job poster allows users to post jobs with one click. Diversely is the only platform that sorts and recommends from over 600+ global, diverse and free job boards that help to target and attract diverse candidates. 4. Applicant Anonymiser: Our applicant anonymiser recruitment tool is trained to remove all forms of identifiable applicant information to highlight skills and experience alone. With the candidate’s permission, we remove names, ages, photos and gendered language to ensure a blind round of hiring. We help companies across five elements of diversity - which stretches far beyond what most legislation outlines - as well as equity statements, D&I reporting and analytics and cultural elements of D&I. We are fully PDPA and GDPR compliant, meaning our processes both adhere to and go beyond most country’s outlines of fair hiring and communication practices with candidates. Businesses are struggling to reach a broader range of talent, find the resources (time and money) to reach their desired D&I goals and measure the impact of their policies. D&I has grown as a sector at a CAGR of 59% since 2019, but not yet matured in its methods to set or reach necessary goals, which is where Diversely’s vision to enable businesses to improve and quantify their diversity efforts comes in.
