I used to work in the e-commerce project for quite some time and we always had the problem with decision scripts(support and sales scripts) in our support and sales teams. So I was developing a tool for them in my free time to help them. And it evolved a bit into a decision tree software, so I and my friend released it as a simple service for decision trees https://ducklingsales.com/ The main audience for this project is a small-medium business. Who wants to automate processes. Mainly support, sales and production. Of course, as it was from start the typical application would be sales scripts, ticket resolution tree, production instructions. The market is not that big, and there are a few competitors, but most of them a really outdated(like from 2005-2008) and rely on desktop apps, or really hard to use. And some a crazily overpriced. We are not raising money for now, we are just testing the market and watching for feedback. The main goal now is to keep the main software free and offer paid upgrades with new features in the future. It's our first experience with releasing such a thing, so we have some rough edges on the website, but I really appreciate any feedback you can give us. Have a great day and cheers!
