Enodo Score is a revolutionary new predictive analytics platform for the multifamily real estate industry that objectively quantifies the impact of things like building and unit amenities, market demographics, competing developments, and locational amenities (e.g. access to transit, retail availability, etc.) on real estate investment potential, and lets users easily toggle each of these factors to see what the impact would be on a particular investment. For example, if an owner is considering installing granite counter tops in her property, she could use the platform to determine how that value-add investment would impact rent and occupancy for the property before expending the capital. And if the owner knows that a new transit station (or a college, park, etc.) is going to open nearby, she can use the platform to determine what the presence of that new locational amenity would do to future investment performance prior to its completion.
