We focus on preventing talent leakage at candidate shortlisting stage. Our solution is a smart video interview platform that interviews candidate fast, unbiased and with scalability. The platform records candidate’s spontaneous answers to interview questions, then applies AI algorithms to extract insightful metrics. The video assessment compliments written profiles at candidate shortlisting stage. So that only best talents are selected for subsequent in-person interviews
