HQ.app started out as a side-project when I was a management consultant. It's based on the feedback of many of my colleagues & broader network in the consulting industry. The big pain that it addresses, is that consultants end up with a bunch of accounts that store information (incl. documents, notes, emails, chats, etc.) Every client would have their own preference and would even mandate the creation of a new account using their e-mail domain (@client.com), even when you had an already existing account (e.g. on a personal e-mail). In the end keeping my information organized would be a tedious process and I would often waste a lot of time when looking for a document. We currently have about 250 Daily Active Users and are looking to expand beyond the userbase we have nurtured during our private beta. All together the founders have been working on this project for more than 2 years now.
