We’re building a platform called fondue where you can explore virtual experiences with people met on other apps like Tinder, Hinge, or Instagram! During this quarantine period we’ve noticed a lack of experiences online for couples or dates. “Dating apps” such as Tinder and Hinge (which are really just match-making apps), have rolled out video chats, but without much substance to keep things interesting. Our first experience rolling out soon is a card prompt game featuring questions to create better conversation and activities that can be done together at home. We imagine future experiences ranging from going camping virtually to chilling in the POV of two avocados in a grocery store waiting to be bought— the opportunities are endless. We’re looking for campus reps to spread the word and also brainstorm new ideas to build. We are also looking for talented engineers, so contact us if you are interested in either!
