You will save a lot more time and hassle working with us because we are like your personal design assistant who doesn't need you to repeat your preferences every time you need a new design done. The onboarding process includes a call where we deep dive into your brand needs. If you have a brand guide, we will keep that on file and follow that. If not, we create that for you as part of the package and base your designs on that. Understand big agencies do detective work. I must say, we don't do that. Our research is just sufficient to base on your instructions and brand guide to keep turnaround time fast. We always keep the turnaround time to maximum 3 days, depending on project scope. A 30-page ebook may take 3 days while a social media graphic may complete within a day. There's no promise to deadlines, but we always work as fast as we can to give you designs that are on brand and convert well.
