Mixaba

Mixaba makes large group video chats more human by introducing serendipitous encounters into the chat. Rather than a big group happy hour or workshop where there are 30 people vying for camera time at once, Mixaba breaks everyone out into small groups. Everyone joins a party that the host shares out. It's all browser based so there aren't any apps, drivers, or anything special to install. Participants can join the party without creating an account or logging in – they just enter their name for the party. They're added to the party and split up into rooms of 2 - 4. The party host decides how often the rooms should shuffle, and the participants get someone new to talk to!
