I've recently finished an application that streams your PC's audio to your phone, and I called it monash.io. As of the time of writing this, I have very few users. I made this for students who don't want to use a secondary pair of headphones just to listen to a lecture's audio in a public facility, like a library - with this application, all you need is your phone.
