Quotada connects to a user's stripe account and let's them calculate commissions both backwards-looking as well as live (into the future).
A typical user of Quotada is a sales team that has 1-20 sales reps, who need a better way of tracking commissions (ie, not using a messy excel spreadsheet).
Quotada is particularly useful for SaaS businesses because as recurring payments come in, they are automatically applied to the rep and the commission is calculated in real time.
The administrator combines a commission structure (customizable), a sales rep, and an account/customer, and can then use Quotada to calculate sales commissions. As time goes on, as sales from that customer come in, commissions will automatically be calculated and added to the corresponding rep's balance. The software can also be used to look at backwards looking data if desired. A live view of commissions owed is available to both admin and rep.
We charge users per month based on the # of reps they would like to track. Pricing is a simple $25/month/rep, with a minimum of 1 (the admin).
