We're looking to solve the problem of wealth inequality by providing anyone with access to the right network who can provide referrals, mentorship, and other services to their dream job. Our typical customer who requests services is someone looking for a job in the tech, business, or consulting fields, who likely attended a non-target college/university, and our typical customers who provide services are engineers, product managers, designers, bankers, and consultants at various top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, EY, Deloitte, PWC and more. We currently charge those requesting a service a fee but plan to move to a business model where companies pay a fee for each individual who successfully lands a job (likely 10% of the individual's first year salary).
