Description

We've built Team Today to make it easier for people to see when and where their colleagues plan on working and where. If they're on holiday, in the office, at home or it's their non-working day it's all in Team Today. This initial idea then grew (and continues to grow) into what it is now, encompassing office and desk booking, leave management, and office-based responsibilities (like fire wardens and first aiders). Our product is built with the typical users in mind, uptake is better if everyone gets value from it rather than another app HR/management push down onto the company. As an interesting detail, nearly all the companies we speak to and work with don't want to use the app to track individual office usage to ensure staff is on-site x many times a week. It's typically used to indicate how busy the staff canteen is going to be, to make sure there are enough first aiders and fire wardens on-site, to provide an office plan so people know where the amenities are, or to simply ensure that teams are getting enough value from their space.
