We are a member of the Impact Hub organization, a global social enterprise incubator reserved for the start-ups with the largest positive impact on their community. We were invited to this group in Venezuela partly thanks to our living wage salaries (we pay several times the national average and are among the companies paying the highest salaries in Venezuela). This is one of the ways we've been able to recruit and keep real talent, exclusively university graduates who speak at least 2 languages. We also share profits with chosen charities and conduct team-bonding sessions by volunteering at local charity events.
