Our current goal is to reinvent the run. We use plot-based archetypal characters and storytelling to create a sticky factor as soon as a user opens the app. The story develops together with the users' progress, requesting them to train for opening the next chapters. Besides, we engage with quests and achievements to make the best meta-gaming experience in fitness. Also, we enrich the running process itself by adding the points of interest on the map, providing clients with a purpose to explore new locations.
Simultaneously, we collect the following metrics and provide comprehensive and intuitive analytics:

* Counted steps.
To allow everyone to get acquainted with Victa, we developed a step counter as an intro-level feature. In the closest future, we are going to implement an NLP chatbot to use our characters as a point of trust and provide necessary fitness-related data to our users.
Our target audience consists of beginner and amateur runners between the ages of 20 and 30, who are familiar with games and seek additional motivation. We are planning to use freemium and subscription models.
