Visa Guide is a customer-centric company ushering Convenience, Clarity, and Cost-effectiveness to develop a healthy travel ecosystem around the visa segment by helping airlines, businesses, and travelers from all verticals through excellent products & service. At Visa Guide, our focus is to improve and device ways for airlines, corporates and businesses to tackle Visa applications for their travelers/employees and clientele. Our solutions empower businesses, travel companies, and travelers by saving their time through precise communication, unmatched expertise and timely processing. We are a technology and data-driven company with about 50% of the operations automated. Our product ideas will help airlines (& airports) to solve major problems like handling the rapid growth of travelers, quick immigration processing, and higher airport cost. On doing research, we saw that there were many grey areas in the visa domain. * Ad-hoc and complicated nature of visa application processes. The processes are tedious, complex and confusing. * Unavailability of visa validation services for travelers, due to which they face a lot of problems at the airport. This also adds up problems for airlines and immigration officers. * Unavailability of expertise and an easily comprehensible knowledge base. The information is available online, but not in a layman understandable format. Plus it takes hours to verify the information. * Extensive documentation requirements due to limited digitization. Everything is happening through paper documents, which increases the stress and impacts the environment. The solution consists of, * An online DIY platform that has information about different types of visas, eligibility to apply for those visas, requirement checklist, templates of documents, information about embassy/consulate/application center, all these in a user understandable format * Multi-level processes to provide clarity and convenience through precise communication * The processes defined by the governments into steps and convert as many of them into an online process so that the traveler can apply for the visa from their comfort zone (this helps travelers from tier 2, tier 3 cities and smaller towns/villages as they do not have to travel to apply for visa in the tier 1 cities where embassy/consulate/application center exists) * Preparing and maintaining the database of all the processes of various countries, using this information to share the knowledge through APIs * Creating ingenious technical solutions (e.g. visa validations, front end communication platform) to avoid the problems faced by travelers at the airport Ideas and innovation is not only in technology but also in operations and the entire thought process of servicing visa applications * In-house development of the backend tool allowing automation in operations, finance, sales, data gathering, etc. * Multiple products & processes filling gaps in the visa industry by acting as a single unit * 24*7 availability of online platforms * CRM platform setup allowing the availability of the data/history of the application even after years * Enhance user experience through a unique interface (everything that goes in-front the user has been thought through for maximizing user experience) * Quicker responses through priority management by analyzing data (every country and type of visa is being analyzed for the difficulty and time taken for completing the process) * Moving to online processes - a solution that is independent of geo-location * Centralized operations * Special support to senior citizens through various mediums.
