We are Xabit. We help retail business make their data useful by providing data strategy services. Our services include data governance, customer personalization based on their past history and store analytics. Our ideal users are franchise businesses who have sales and other related data for at least 3-5 years. We help these businesses differentiate individual stores based on different metrics and consult new store opening locations as well. Our business model works on a standard retainer basis where our clients hire us on a contractual basis for at least 6 months. The first 3-4 months will be spent on getting to know the business through a data perspective by familiarizing ourselves with the client's data endpoints. After that, we will jump into action where we recommend actionable items based on our analysis.
